Package scope
SolidPoint Local offers three standalone one-time packages and three standalone monthly packages. Services are limited to the listed deliverables. One-time packages do not require subscriptions, and monthly packages do not require a one-time package or mandatory setup fee.
Eligibility and access
Google Business Profile services require an eligible business. Google verification, approvals, and indexing are controlled by Google. Customers must provide accurate business information and authorized access where required. Work requiring unavailable accounts or access will be clarified before payment.
Citations
Citation quantities are 'up to' the stated number of legitimate directory submissions, corrections, or substantive updates. We do not guarantee directory publication or continue low-quality submissions to fill quotas. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
Content and website changes
SEO-ready articles are delivered for customer publication; publishing is excluded. On-page changes require authorized website access and are limited to the stated page count and reasonable existing-page improvements.
Monthly plans and cancellation
Monthly services renew month to month with no long-term contract. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the written billing agreement provided before subscription. Fees, payment methods, start dates, and any refund terms are confirmed before purchase.
30-Day Service Satisfaction Promise
If an included service is not completed as described in your purchased package, contact SolidPoint Local within 30 calendar days after that service is delivered. Explain the concern and identify the deliverable involved. We will review the concern and correct verified deficiencies in the agreed-upon work at no additional charge.
This promise applies to the quality and completion of the services included in your package. It does not promise specific search rankings, indexing, directory approvals, traffic, leads, or sales. Third-party platform decisions and services outside the purchased package are not covered.
